You must ensure the privacy and rights of your End-Users are respected. 5. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following circumstances: With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, and hosting. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. With WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): As our platform relies on the WhatsApp Business API, data (including message content and metadata) is necessarily shared with WhatsApp to enable the service. This data is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies. Deletion upon Account Termination: When your user account is permanently deleted (after the 30-day grace period), all associated End-User data, including contact lists and message content stored on our production servers, will also be permanently and irretrievably deleted. Backups: Please be aware that our systems are backed up for disaster recovery purposes. Deleted data may remain in these secure, non-production backup archives for up to ninety (90) days before being overwritten. 8. Your Rights and Choices (as per DPDP Act) Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have several rights regarding your personal data: Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
